A growing transportation company in Metro Vancouver is looking for a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to run its maintenance operation. You'll lead a team of technicians and own the reliability and compliance of the fleet. Schedule: - Day shift, Monday to Friday - Occasional on-call for escalations - Based on-site at the Vancouver terminal What you'll do: - Supervise, schedule, and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices - Own preventive maintenance programs and fleet uptime targets - Ensure CVSE/DOT compliance, safety, and inspection records - Manage parts inventory, vendors, and repair-vs-replace decisions What you bring: - Red Seal 310T or Heavy-Duty licence, or equivalent supervisory experience - Prior lead-hand or supervisory experience in a fleet shop - Strong knowledge of trucks, trailers, and compliance requirements - Comfortable with fleet maintenance software What's offered: - $90,000-$110,000 plus performance bonus - Vehicle allowance - Full health, dental, and RRSP matching - Leadership training and growth into management - Stable, well-run operation
