A busy service centre in Halifax is hiring a Heavy-Duty Truck & Trailer Technician. You'll keep commercial trucks and trailers road-ready and compliant. Schedule: - Day shift with some flexibility - 40 hours per week plus overtime - Well-stocked shop What you'll do: - Service and repair trucks and trailers: brakes, suspension, electrical, and lighting - Complete provincial safeties and inspections - Diagnose and repair air systems and driveline - Document work orders accurately What you bring: - 310T or 310J licence, or strong equivalent experience - Trailer and air-brake experience an asset - Own hand tools - Valid driver's licence What's offered: - $32-$42/hr based on experience - Overtime and benefits - RRSP and tool allowance - Ongoing training - Stable, year-round work
