A building-products manufacturer in London, Ontario is hiring a licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright on a straight day shift. You'll maintain saws, planers, conveyors, dust-collection and process equipment in a high-throughput wood-products plant, with a strong focus on uptime and reliability. Schedule: - Straight day shift, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week guaranteed; overtime available - Paid on-call rotation for emergency coverage What you'll do: - Preventative and corrective maintenance on saws, planers, conveyors and material-handling systems - Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes and drive systems - Perform precision alignment, welding and fabrication for repairs and upgrades - Support capital projects, rebuilds and new equipment installs - Contribute to the PM program and root-cause problem solving Requirements: - Licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright (Certificate of Qualification) - 3+ years of industrial millwright experience; wood-products or heavy process an asset - Strong mechanical, hydraulic and fabrication skills - Able to read mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics - Reliable and safety-focused Compensation and benefits: - $39.00 to $47.00/hr based on experience - Signing bonus for licensed 433A millwrights - Full health, dental and vision benefits - Company pension / RRSP match - Annual tool and boot allowances and paid training
