A material-handling equipment provider is hiring an Internal Combustion Road Service Technician for the Mississauga and Milton area. You'll service and repair diesel and propane internal combustion forklifts, including larger all-terrain units, mostly out in the yard at customer sites. Comfort working outdoors in all seasons is a must (PPE and winter gear provided). Setup: - Field-based role across the Mississauga and Milton area - Company truck, insurance and gas card provided - Company iPad and iPhone - PPE and winter wear provided - Overtime paid after 44 hours worked per week What you'll do: - Service and repair diesel and propane internal combustion forklifts, including larger all-terrain units - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance - Diagnose and order parts using technical manuals Requirements: - Licensed technician: 310S, 310T or 421A - Diesel experience is required - Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons - Valid driver's license Compensation and benefits: - Up to $96,000 per year, based on licensing and experience - Benefits after 3 months, pension after 24 months - Annual tool and boot allowances - Company truck, insurance, gas card, plus iPad and iPhone
