A well-established manufacturer in Mississauga is adding a licensed 433A Millwright to its maintenance team. You'll keep production and packaging equipment running reliably across a fast-paced, multi-line facility. Schedule: - Rotating days/afternoons, 40 hours per week - Overtime at time-and-a-half after 44 hours - Shift premium on afternoons What you'll do: - Preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on production equipment - Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime - Support new equipment installs, alignments, and reliability improvements - Work from drawings, manuals, and PLC fault codes with the electrical team What you bring: - Licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment - Comfortable with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and conveyors - Available for rotating shifts What's offered: - $38-$44/hr plus afternoon shift premium - Full health and dental benefits - RRSP matching - Annual tool and boot allowance - Ongoing training and clear advancement path
