A respected heavy equipment dealership in Barrie is looking for a Service Manager to lead its shop. You'll drive productivity, technician development, and customer satisfaction across shop and field service. Schedule: - Day shift, Monday to Friday - On-site at the Barrie branch - Occasional on-call for escalations What you'll do: - Lead, schedule, and develop a team of technicians and apprentices - Own service department KPIs, warranty, and customer satisfaction - Manage workflow between shop and field service - Partner with parts and sales to keep customers running What you bring: - Journeyperson technician background or strong service leadership experience - Prior service-manager or lead-hand experience in equipment/fleet - Strong people and customer-service skills - Comfortable with dealership/service software What's offered: - $95,000-$120,000 plus performance bonus - Vehicle allowance - Full benefits and RRSP - Leadership development - Growing, well-supported dealership
