We are looking for a Service Manager in Burlington, Ontario. This role leads the full service department: the technician team, daily scheduling, customer relationships, and departmental financials. You will run an efficient, profitable shop through productive staffing, strong customer retention, and ongoing technician training, keeping workmanship high while improving productivity and controlling costs to meet department objectives. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry - Valid 310T license - Prior dealership experience - Demonstrated experience managing a service team Compensation: - $85,000 to $125,000 based on experience - Matched pension and full health and dental benefits - Day shift
